REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, in must be in accordance to the laws of Mozambique, and provide sufficient proof that none of the laws and your obligations as a foreigner in the country the student currently is were broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of service purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@arecsite.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll refund you in a period of 30 days after it's accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your contract or admission letter upon reception and contact us immediately if the terms have any issues or terms you would not be comfortable with, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. By signing a contract or progressing with the admission process after reading the terms and laws you forfeit any refunding right except on a specific case as shown in paragraph one of this Refund Policy.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on services that are in promotion/sale.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund application, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please Note

- If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase and service faults.
